Two today, more on the way.
Zouti Photos
Inspect metadata Apple Photos doesn't show, combine detailed search filters, find similar photos, and export with custom folder and filename templates. Automate saved queries and exports, or connect an AI assistant with permissions you control. Bulk-edit metadata and albums with an auditable change log and undo.
osxphotos
An open-source command-line tool for Apple Photos. Export originals and edited versions, filter by library metadata, and automate exports with templates and scripts. Free and MIT-licensed.
Built by one person who cares
zouti is made by Rhet Turnbull — a developer with a long-standing obsession for getting the most out of Apple Photos. These tools started as personal itches and grew into software thousands of people rely on.
